Shipping Policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 72 hours to process your order. Expect an email within 72 hours to let you know your order is on the way!

We have hired extra staff to help with packing, every order will be added to the queue and shipped out as soon as we can manage it! FLAT RATE SHIPPING 

Orders are generally shipped within 3 business days using Australia Post's delivery standard is 7-10 days Australia-wide. Flat rate shipping fee of $19.99 for orders in AU region. 


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

For other countries, standard shipping & conversion rates will apply.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including GST), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. DEFINECURLS PTY LTD is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.


REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 60 days from date of purchase, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. If return of item is necessary, the customer must pay all shipping costs for the return (with Tracking). 


In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@definecurls.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

STORE PICKUP -  Due to heightened risk from the global pandemic, store pickup is no longer available.

UNFORESEEN DELAYS TO SHIPPING TIMES 

Customs Delays - We do not have control over customs and strikes at ports/quarantines and are therefore not able to be responsible for delays that may occur. Tracking information will be made available to you as soon as it is made available to us. 

Delivery Delays - Unfortunately, we are unable to control shipping times and any unexpected delays that may occur en-route and we seek your understanding and patience should this occur. 

Processing Time - During busy time like holidays, promotions or other instances processing time might take longer. We will do our best to deliver as fast as possible and seek your understanding and patience during such times.
